一、NIST 概况 :
NIST( 美国国家标准和技术研究院) 是美国商 务部所属的联邦研究机构, 集科研、计量、标准化、 技术创新为一体, 并根据国会授权制定事关国家重 大利益的标准, 负责协调联邦机构标准和私有部门 的标准及合格评定程序, 参与自愿性标准化活动。 NIST 拥有强大的科研能力, 可为各类标准的制定 提供大量科学研究成果和试验数据, 因此 NIST 在 美国标准化领域拥有显著地位。
NIST 的使命是加强经济安全, 提高生命质量, 推动计量科学、标准和技术发展, 促进技术创新, 提升美国的竞争实力。
